Tea Time in Lieu of Tee Time
60% of college graduates are women and yet as a class we are underrepresented in senior and leadership positions in academia.
With statistics showing women occupying positions in higher ed faculty at less than 40%, women occupying higher ed c-suite positions at 32%, and far less women occupying senior leadership positions (right column), we must unite and co-create a community centered around a leadership development engine to harvest proven career acceleration strategies for women leaders in academia; a research arm dedicated to identifying strategies that actually work for all women.
